Customers have 30 days from the service activation date to cancel and request a refund.

Cancellations after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the terms of the specific service and any work completed.

Carrier-imposed fees for violations (e.g., excessive opt-outs, spam complaints) may be billed to the user.

SMS Disclosure

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Hyper Market LLC, including but not limited to:

Notifications related to your account or messaging campaigns

Compliance alerts and service-related updates

Marketing messages regarding promotions, offers, or industry updates

Security messages, such as two-factor authentication (2FA)
